2. Products and Services
We provide high-quality audio-visual equipment, home cinema design, and automation solutions under our proprietary brands: Cinemaster, B&S Audio, Interact, CineLux, Max-Pan and Mindspace, as well as other third-party products.
Accuracy: We strive to display product colors, specifications, and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will exactly match the actual product.
Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payments
Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Payment: Full payment is required before the dispatch of goods. For custom installation projects, a payment schedule (e.g., Advance, Progress, Final) will be outlined in your specific quotation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Scope: We ship products across India. Delivery times may vary depending on the location.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Inspection: Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at 94470 66789.
5. Installation and Site Readiness (For Projects)
For Home Cinema and Automation projects involving on-site work:
Site Access: The client must provide clear and safe access to the site for our technicians.
Prerequisites: Electrical points, civil work, and networking requirements must be ready as per the design specifications provided by Audrylux Cinemaster LLP prior to the installation team's arrival.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the site not being ready or other contractors' delays.
6. Returns and Refunds
Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or repair.
Change of Mind: Due to the specialized nature of audio equipment and cables, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the product implies used or the packaging is opened.
Custom Orders: Custom-built speakers, acoustic panels (Max-Pan), or cut-to-length cables cannot be returned or refunded.
7. Warranty
Standard Warranty: Products manufactured by us (under brands like Cinemaster or B&S Audio) come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 Year from the date of invoice.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, voltage fluctuations, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.
8. Intellectual Property
All content included on our materials, including text, graphics, logos, and specifically the brand names Audrylux, Cinemaster, B&S Audio, Interact, CineLux, Max-Pan and Mindspace, are the intellectual property of Audrylux Cinemaster LLP and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Audrylux Cinemaster LLP shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
